Introduction
Often, the conversations we have with friends and colleagues about the challenges we face leave us feeling dissatisfied or frustrated. My first experience of a coaching conversation was transformational. It provided dedicated time for reflection, challenge to create my own solutions and support to make changes for myself.
Since then, I’ve dedicated my work to helping people create lasting change in their lives and careers.
At its core, coaching believes that we already have the answers we need within ourselves. A coaching relationship offers you the space and time to think — to discover insights and solutions that you previously weren’t aware of. This enables you to move from feeling stuck, to progressing forward.
Starting one-to-one coaching is a powerful way to raise your self-awareness, activate responsibility and unlock your potential. The process uses goal setting and powerful questions to empower you to face the reality of your circumstances and equip you to move forwards into action.

What is coaching?
Coaching is
- Forwards and future-focussed
- A safe, non-judgemental and confidential space
- High support and high challenge
- Accountability in partnership
Coaching isn’t
- Counselling — this isn’t the right space to process historical life events or past trauma
- Mentoring — a coach won’t look to give advice or problem-solve on your behalf
My background
I started my career in the charity sector, coaching young people who face significant barriers to gain employment and create positive, lasting change in their lives. In managerial roles, I’ve embedded a coaching approach into my leadership style.
I have coached a variety of clients with different backgrounds — ranging from senior leaders at HSBC to Church Leaders.
I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with 500+ hours of coaching experience over 6+ years.
I am also a certified ‘Time to Think’ Thinking Environment facilitator and accredited in C-me Colour Profiling.

Testimonials
I have so appreciated your professionalism, your others-focussed authority, your warmth, vulnerability and wisdom. You have left a lasting impression on me and I have learnt so much about coaching just watching you.
Charlotte could say anything to me and I wouldn’t feel resistance. She can be honest and challenging but never from a place of judgement. It comes from kindness.
